HR Recruiter

HR Recruiter | Talent Acquisition & OnboardingWe are looking for a HR Recruiter to manage recruitment, talent acquisition and employee onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, demos and selection rounds with candidates and management.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and regular follow-ups.
• Communicate job details, policies and other relevant information to candidates.
• Coordinate the complete onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Collect and maintain employee documents and joining records.
• Support HR operations and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• HR experience is preferred, but freshers with the right skills may also apply.
