E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a result-oriented E-commerce Specialist with practical knowledge of online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing seller accounts, optimizing product listings, monitoring sales performance, resolving operational issues, and implementing strategies to improve clients' marketplace performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, marketplace knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple seller accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Marketplace Account Management

• Manage and monitor seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Handle day-to-day marketplace operations and ensure smooth account functioning.
• Monitor account health, policy violations, listing issues, and seller performance metrics.
• Identify operational problems and coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution.

2. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and attributes.
• Manage product cataloging, category mapping, variations, and product uploads.
• Coordinate for product images, infographics, A+ Content, and Brand Store updates.
• Identify listing errors and implement corrective actions to improve visibility and conversions.

3. Sales Growth & Performance Analysis

• Monitor sales, orders, revenue, conversion rates, impressions, and other key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance.
• Analyze product and account-level performance and prepare regular reports.
• Implement marketplace growth strategies based on data and performance trends.

4. Advertising & Promotion Support

• Monitor marketplace advertising campaigns and track ad spend, sales, ACOS, ROAS, and campaign performance.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend optimization measures.
• Support promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and festive sale activities.
• Coordinate with the advertising team to improve campaign efficiency and profitability.

5. Account Health & Issue Resolution

• Monitor account health dashboards, order-related issues, returns, cancellations, and policy notifications.
• Assist in resolving listing suppression, brand approval, category approval, and other marketplace-related issues.
• Follow marketplace policies and standard operating procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to the reporting manager with proper documentation.

6. Client Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with clients to collect product information, images, documents, and other required details.
• Share regular performance updates and communicate operational requirements clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, pending issues, and account performance.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager, Listing Team, Advertising Team, and other internal departments.
