Customer Sales Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
• Handle incoming calls, customer enquiries, and product-related queries professionally.
• Explain jewellery designs, product features, pricing, ongoing offers, and promotions.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales and showroom visits.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily follow-up reports.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with the showroom sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads generated through social media, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
• Share daily sales updates and maintain proper records of conversions and pending leads.
• Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong follow-up abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Target-driven, confident, and proactive attitude.
• Prior experience in jewellery, retail, fashion, or lifestyle sales will be an added advantage.
