Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and target-oriented Female Sales Executives to join our team in Samastipur. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, promoting financial products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

  • Job DetailsSalary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
  • Gender: Female Candidates Only
  • Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
  • Age: 18–31 Years
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Two-Wheeler: Bike or Scooty required
  • Driving Licence: Valid Driving Licence or Learner’s Licence accepted
  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers.
  • Promote and explain financial products and services.
  • Understand customer requirements and address their queries.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct field visits as required.
