Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive – Plot Sales Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Real Estate Plot Sales

Location: Bihta, Bihar

Job Overview-We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in real estate plot sales and be comfortable handling prospective customers, site visits, follow-ups, and closing sales.

Candidates with knowledge and experience of plot sales in Bihta will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential customers interested in purchasing residential/commercial plots.
• Contact prospective customers through calls, messages, and other sales channels.
• Explain project details, plot specifications, pricing, payment plans, and available options to customers.
• Arrange and conduct site visits for interested customers.
• Follow up regularly with leads and prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
• Stay updated about local real estate developments and market conditions.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in real estate plot sales.
• Candidates with Bihta plot sales experience/knowledge will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and customer/lead management.
