About the Role

Zenia Hospitality is looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Social Media Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of our hospitality brands and properties in Patna.

This is not just a desk-based posting role. The candidate should be comfortable visiting our properties, shooting photos and videos, creating Reels, identifying content opportunities and turning real guest experiences into engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, YouTube and other relevant social platforms for Zenia Hospitality and its brands.

- Plan and maintain monthly social media and content calendars.

- Regularly visit Zenia properties in Patna to capture rooms, food, events, amenities, guest experiences and behind-the-scenes content.

- Shoot and edit engaging Reels, Stories, Shorts, photographs and promotional videos.

- Create attractive graphics and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.

- Write captions, promotional copy and engaging social media content in English and Hindi/Hinglish where appropriate.

- Build individual social media identities for different Zenia properties while maintaining overall brand consistency.

- Identify trends, viral formats, audio and content opportunities relevant to hospitality, travel, food and events.

- Respond to comments, messages and social media enquiries promptly.

- Coordinate with property managers and the reservations/sales team for offers, events, room availability and promotions.

- Assist with influencer collaborations, property shoots and local creator partnerships.

- Manage or assist with Meta Ads for rooms, restaurants, events and other promotions.

- Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, enquiries and campaign performance.

- Prepare a simple monthly social media performance report.

- Support online reputation management, including Google reviews and guest-generated content.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels and short-form video.

- Strong visual and creative sense.

- Ability to shoot good-quality content using a smartphone.

- Video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar software.

- Working knowledge of Canva.

- Good written communication skills.

- Understanding of Meta Business Suite and basic social media analytics.

- Ability to work independently and manage content for multiple brands simultaneously.

- Comfortable travelling between Zenia properties within Patna.

Preferred

- 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.

- Previous experience with hotels, restaurants, cafés, travel, lifestyle or event brands is an advantage.

- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is preferred.

- Photography/videography skills are a strong advantage.

Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong content-creation skills may also be considered.

We want someone who can walk into a hotel, restaurant or event, spot what is worth showing, capture it creatively and turn it into content that makes people want to visit, stay, dine or book.
