Job Description
Job Role:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative at Funcity Aparna Neo Mall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Handle game card sales and customer queries
- Ensure smooth customer experience at the store
- Maintain grooming and company SOP standards
- Support store operations and promotional activities
Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
