Job Description:

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests via calls, emails, and chat from our office location. The role involves issue resolution, ticket logging, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and messages
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Log and track issues in CRM/ticketing tools
  • Ensure SLA and customer satisfaction

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (English + Hindi/regional language preferred)
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
  • Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
