Panchkarma Therapist

Rebornn Women Care Clinic & Integrated Fertility Center is looking for a trained, disciplined and compassionate Panchakarma Therapist to join our women-focused healthcare team.

The therapist will be responsible for performing Panchakarma and Ayurvedic therapies strictly according to the treatment plan and instructions given by the doctor, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, patient comfort, privacy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Panchakarma and Ayurvedic therapies as advised by the doctor.
• Prepare the therapy room, oils, equipment, linen and required materials before each session.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper sanitisation of the therapy area.
• Ensure patient comfort, dignity and privacy during every procedure.
• Follow treatment duration, technique and doctor instructions accurately.
• Assist with therapies related to women’s health, hormonal care, fertility support and general wellness as trained and authorised.
• Maintain daily therapy schedules and basic treatment records.
• Clean and reset the therapy room after every patient.
• Maintain stock of oils, medicines, linen and consumables and report shortages in advance.
• Coordinate with the doctor and Patient Care Executive regarding appointments and therapy schedules.
• Provide only approved pre-therapy and post-therapy instructions.
• Immediately report patient discomfort, adverse reactions or unusual symptoms to the doctor.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality.

Preferred Therapy Experience

Candidates with practical experience in the following will be preferred:

• Abhyanga
• Swedana
• Shirodhara
• Basti-related therapies
• Udvartana
• Pizhichil
• Nasya assistance
• Kati Basti / Janu Basti / local therapies
• Ayurvedic women’s wellness therapies
• Panchakarma preparation and after-care

Qualification

Certificate / Diploma / recognised training in:

Panchakarma Therapy / Ayurvedic Therapy / Ayurvedic Wellness Therapy

Freshers with strong practical training may also apply.

• Good practical knowledge of Panchakarma procedures
• Excellent hygiene and cleanliness habits
• Polite and compassionate patient handling
• Ability to follow doctor instructions precisely
• Professional appearance and behaviour
• Good communication skills
• Punctual and responsible
• Comfortable working in a women-focused clinic
• Marathi and Hindi communication required
• Basic English preferred
• Team-oriented attitude

Important Clinical Expectations

The therapist must not independently diagnose, prescribe medicines or make treatment claims.

All therapies must be performed according to the doctor-approved treatment plan.

Patient consent, dignity, privacy and confidentiality must always be maintained.
