📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities in the fintech and digital payments sector.
• Visit potential clients and understand their business and payment requirements.
• Conduct client meetings and present relevant fintech/digital payment solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
• Generate leads through field marketing, networking, and direct client engagement.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide market feedback to the management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Male Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of B2B/business development experience.
• Candidates with experience in Fintech, Digital Payments, Banking, Payment Solutions, or related services will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
• Strong communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills are required.
• Should have a target-oriented approach and willingness to develop new business.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month
• Incentive: ₹10,000 as per performance
