Field Sales Executive

Travel: Extensive travel by bus/train, including overnight stays

• Job ResponsibilitiesVisit existing fabric retailers and wholesalers to generate repeat orders.
• Develop new customers and expand business across Maharashtra.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Present fabric samples, negotiate orders within approved pricing limits, and monitor sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and gather market and competitor information.
• Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, collection status, and travel expenses.

• Candidate Requirements2–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in textiles, fabrics, or wholesale distribution.
• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra using public transport.
• Strong customer-handling, negotiation, and payment-follow-up skills.
• Honest, self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented.
• Compensation and BenefitsFixed salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentives.
• Approved travel and accommodation expenses reimbursed separately.
