Job Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to generate leads through calls and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate leads through regular calling.
• Explain the company and services to customers.
• Understand customer requirements.
• Identify interested customers.
• Follow up with potential customers.
• Share qualified leads with the concerned team.
• Maintain customer and lead details in the CRM.
• Update daily calling and follow-up records.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
• Handle basic customer queries.
• Maintain good and professional communication with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for proper lead handover.
• Requirements 12th pass or Graduate.
• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable with making calls.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with daily targets.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer support will be preferred.
