Retail Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, assist with product selections, drive B2C and counter sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them in finding the right products.

• Handle in-store/counter sales, product demonstrations, and customer inquiries.
• 
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, promotions, and store offers.
• 
  
• Drive sales targets by using effective selling techniques and cross-selling related items.
• 
  
• Maintain clean, organized visual displays and stock levels on the sales floor.
• 
  
• Process transactions accurately and handle basic register operations.
• 
  

Key Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass minimum (Graduate preferred).
• 
  
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in retail sales, counter sales, or B2C sales.
• 
  
• Skills: Strong communication (Basic to Good English), customer orientation, active listening, and relationship-building.
