Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads to convert them into clients.
- Handle phone calls and messages professionally and ensure every message is checked and responded to the same day.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, lead responses, and follow-up status in the system.
- Connect clients to the relevant department as per their requirements.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain a positive, polite, and professional tone in all interactions.
Support the marketing and sales team by sharing customer feedback and updates.
