Job Description

Job Title: Accounts & Back-Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries and records.
  • Process vendor invoices and payments.
  • Prepare and file GST returns and support statutory compliance.
  • Manage payroll processing and employee attendance.
  • Maintain financial and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate routine office administration and vendor-related activities.
  • Perform other accounts and back-office responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of ZOHO/ Tally/Accounting software, MS Excel and GST compliance.
  • Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Prior experience in accounting and office administration is preferred.
