ADF_WCC Developer

Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

ADF (Oracle Application Development Framework)

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Oracle ADF (ADF Faces, Task Flows, Bindings).
• Work with ADF Security to implement role-based access control and authentication.
• Work with ADF Business Components and integrate with backend services.
• Optimize ADF applications for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ADF-related issues in development and production environments.

Oracle WebCenter Content

• Configure and customize WebCenter Content (WCC) for document management and workflow automation.
• Develop and maintain content-centric applications using WebCenter APIs and services.
• Integrate WebCenter Content with other Oracle products and third-party systems.
• Manage metadata models, security policies, and content lifecycle.

Java (Core)

• Develop reusable components and utilities using Java SE.
• Implement backend logic, RESTful services, and integration layers.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and architects to ensure seamless integration.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle ADF development.
• 2+ years of experience in Oracle WebCenter Content.
• Strong proficiency in Java SE (Collections, Exception Handling, JDBC, etc.).
• Experience with JDeveloper, WebLogic Server, and Oracle DB.
• Familiarity with XML, XSD, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite or BPM Suite.
• Knowledge in BOOMI, OIC.
