Job Description
Responsibilities included:
- Handle Purchase requisitions ( PRs ) as received from Internal team/ customers
- RFQ launch to suppliers for various categories of Indirect Materials
- Quotation receipt and comparison preparation
- Recommendation of suppliers for award of business
- Coordinate the discussion with the customers to understand their expectation from sourcing project
- Must be experienced in RFQ management
- Supplier selection and purchasing of Consumable items
- Indirect materials, Maintenance Spares, Civil / Real estate, IT Hardware/software, AMC Contracts, Ready made items etc.
- Must be very good at excel
