Automobile Sales Executive

Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, offers, and finance options.

Generate new sales leads through cold calling, references, digital enquiries, and follow-ups.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives for prospective customers.

Follow up with customers regularly to convert enquiries into sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Explain loan, insurance, exchange, accessories, and extended warranty options.

Coordinate with the finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams.

Maintain customer enquiry records, follow-up details, and sales reports in the CRM/DMS.

Ensure timely booking documentation, payment collection coordination, and vehicle delivery.

Maintain professional relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.

Follow dealership processes, company policies, and brand standards.

Maintain customer satisfaction and handle basic customer queries or complaints professionally.
