Job Description
Job Description – UPS & Battery Operations | PAN India
- Coordinate UPS & Battery AMC, PM, breakdown calls, and service requests across PAN India.
- Coordinate with customers, engineers, vendors, and service partners for timely service execution.
- Allocate service calls and follow up for visit completion and call closure.
- Maintain AMC, UPS/battery, service visit, and customer records.
- Prepare MIS reports, service trackers, PM schedules, and service reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, Logistics, and Vendors for smooth operations.
- Verify service reports, customer approvals, and required documentation.
- Handle customer communication and follow up on pending service issues.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of UPS & Batteries
- MS Excel / MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to handle PAN India service operations
