Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate Fresher (B.Com / BAF / BBI / BMS – Finance / M.Com), passed out between 2021 to 2025
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates may apply
Preferred Domain Knowledge:
Banking background including Personal Loan, Loan Against Property, Home Loan, Life Insurance, and General Insurance
Knowledge of KYC, Loan, Insurance, and overall banking domain is mandatory
Typing Speed: Minimum 20 WPM
Age Criteria: 19 to 30 years
Gender Requirement: Currently, we are looking for male candidates only
Work Details: Back Office
Location: E space IT park A3 building 2nd floor,Wadgaon Sheri Viman Nagar Pune- 411014
Shift Timings:
AfternoonShift (Approx. 70% roles):
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM OR 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Night Shift (Approx. 30% roles):
8:00 PM – 5:00 AM OR 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
