About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern with an interest in Mutual Funds, Finance, Investments, and Financial Services.

The candidate will work closely with our Business Development and Operations team and gain practical exposure to mutual fund distribution, client onboarding, investor support, business development, and day-to-day mutual fund operations.

This opportunity is ideal for students or freshers who want to build a career in the Mutual Fund / Wealth Management / Financial Services industry.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in business development activities for Mutual Fund products.
• Connect with prospective clients and explain basic Mutual Fund and SIP concepts.
• Support client onboarding and documentation processes.
• Assist with KYC, investment application, SIP registration, mandate and transaction-related processes.
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain client records, leads and operational data.
• Coordinate with internal teams for Mutual Fund transactions and client servicing.
• Support the team in resolving basic client queries related to investments and transactions.
• Conduct basic research on Mutual Funds, AMCs and financial products.
• Assist in lead generation and relationship-building activities.
• Support day-to-day Mutual Fund operations and administrative activities.

EligibilityWe are looking for candidates who are:

• Currently pursuing or have completed MBA – Finance / Marketing
• Currently pursuing or have completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / Finance-related courses
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates studying in Pune or currently staying in Pune will be preferred.
• Candidates with basic knowledge of Mutual Funds, SIPs, Stock Market or Financial Products will be preferred.
• Strong interest in the Finance and Investment industry is important.
• Skills RequiredBasic understanding of Mutual Funds and financial markets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Client handling and relationship-building ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn Mutual Fund operations
• Follow-up and coordination skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
• Basic sales and business development skills

Preferred CandidateCandidates who already understand concepts such as:

will have an added advantage.
