Job Description
Job Description – Client Relationship Executive
Company: Vistonia Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and the Tech Team to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
- Prepare and share MOMs after client meetings and complete client onboarding and handover emails.
- Monitor client WhatsApp groups and ensure regular updates and follow-ups.
- Manage hot lead follow-ups and schedule appointments for Chaitanya Sir and the Tech Team.
- Maintain and update Service Plan Sheets, Student Payment Sheets, CRM and other required records.
- Handle pending and recurring payment calls for students and clients.
- Manage assigned phone numbers (140, 139 and 343), support calls and client queries.
- Call 7-Day Class students every Thursday and ensure proper follow-up and nurturing.
- Achieve assigned weekly targets and complete tasks within deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and client management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM and email communication.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
