Job Description

  • Create weekly and monthly content plans for restaurant clients.
  • Understand each restaurant’s USP, food, ambience, offers, location, and target audience.
  • Create creative and engaging Instagram Reel concepts and complete scripts.
  • Write strong hooks, dialogues, storylines, scenes, and CTAs.
  • Create different types of content such as trending, comedy, storytelling, food, promotional, and UGC Reels.
  • Research trending Reels, audios, formats, and content ideas.
  • Manage and guide in-house artists according to the content requirements.
  • Assign suitable scripts to artists based on their personality and strengths.
  • Plan and coordinate shoots at client restaurant locations.
  • Coordinate with artists, videographers, editors, and client servicing teams.
  • Give clear creative direction during shoots.
  • Ensure maximum quality content is produced from every shoot.
  • Track Reel performance such as views, reach, engagement, shares, and saves.
  • Analyse content performance and improve future scripts and strategies.
  • Take complete ownership of the content process from Idea → Script → Artist → Shoot → Content → Performance.
