Field Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.

Identify new markets, customers and retail outlets.

Visit retailers, wholesalers, and other potential customers regularly.

Promote and market the company's masala and food products.

Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collect market feedback regarding products, pricing, packaging, and competitors.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

Conduct product promotions, sampling activities, exhibitions, and other marketing campaigns.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and market visit reports.

Coordinate with the production, dispatch, accounts, and management teams as required.

Ensure proper brand visibility and product placement at retail outlets.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong sales and marketing skills.

Good knowledge of the local market and retail network.

Ability to develop new customers and business opportunities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.

Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel for market visits.
