Job Description

Drive B2B field sales and merchant acquisition for Paytm EDC machines across the assigned territory.

Identify and approach potential merchants through field visits, lead generation, referrals, and market mapping.

Pitch EDC solutions by understanding merchant requirements and demonstrating key product features, benefits, and payment solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, product presentation, negotiation, onboarding, installation coordination, and activation.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activation targets while maintaining strong sales productivity.

Build and maintain relationships with merchants to drive customer retention, transaction growth, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings.

Coordinate with internal teams for KYC/documentation, EDC deployment, technical support, and issue resolution.
