Kitchen Staff – BOH, Commis 1 / Commis 2 / Commis 3

Job DescriptionWe are looking for hardworking and passionate BOH / Kitchen Staff to join our restaurant team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare food as per standard recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Assist with chopping, cutting, marinating, cooking, plating, and other food preparation activities.
• Maintain proper mise en place before and during service.
• Keep kitchen stations, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Check the quality and freshness of raw materials.
• Coordinate with the Chef and kitchen team for smooth service.
• Follow kitchen SOPs and minimize food wastage.
• Assist with stock handling and inventory requirements.
• Support opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented work environment.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is preferred.
• Commis 1, Commis 2, and Commis 3 candidates are welcome to apply.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn may also be considered.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
