• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit potential and existing customers regularly to generate sales.
• Identify new leads and convert them into customers.
• Explain products/services to customers and address their queries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, orders, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• QualificationsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
• Prior experience in field sales, business development, or direct sales will be an advantage.
