Job description:

 

Experience required: 8-10 years

 

Seeking a Consent & Preference Solution Architect / Technical Lead to lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of a Consent & Preference Management solution using OneTrust. The role will be responsible for solution architecture, consent data modeling, integration strategy, identity linkage, technical governance, and delivery across customer capture and downstream activation systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and lead the end-to-end Consent & Preference Management architecture with OneTrust as the system of record.
  • Translate consent hierarchy requirements into the OneTrust data model, including purposes, business lines, channels, programs/preferences, and hierarchy rules.
  • Define consent/preference inheritance, precedence, conflict-resolution, and identity-linkage approaches.
  • Design integration patterns across OneTrust, customer/data platforms, Salesforce, SFMC, digital channels, and other activation systems.
  • Define strategies for consent/preference migration, reconciliation, and data governance.
  • Translate legal and privacy requirements into implementable technical solutions.
  • Lead architecture reviews, provide technical guidance to development and QA teams, and support deployment, cutover, and implementation planning.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of solution architecture or technical architecture experience.
  • Strong experience in Consent & Preference Management implementations.
  • Hands-on architecture experience with OneTrust UCPM / Consent & Preferences.
  • Strong knowledge of consent and preference data modeling, identity resolution, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Experience with APIs, system integrations, and customer data platforms.
  • Salesforce and SFMC experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable privacy regulations.
