Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to handle sales-related calling activities and MIS reporting. The role will involve 50% calling and 50% MIS data management, ensuring smooth coordination with customers and accurate maintenance of sales records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Calling Activities – 50%

• Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
• Follow up with leads, customers, and sales prospects.
• Share product/service information and generate sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-ups.
• Maintain call records and update customer information.

2. MIS & Data Management – 50%

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Update sales data, customer databases, and lead trackers.
• Maintain Excel sheets and sales performance reports.
• Track follow-ups, conversions, pending activities, and sales targets.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Assist management with sales data analysis and reporting.
• Required SkillsGood communication and telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage calling targets and reporting deadlines.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Educational QualificationGraduate in any discipline (preferred)
