Sales Executive

Greedy Adventures is an extreme sports and experiences brand helping people take the leap into skydiving and other adventures. We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can turn customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and helpful guidance.

If you enjoy talking to people, understand what makes them hesitate, and can confidently guide them towards a booking, we’d love to hear from you.

• What you’ll doCall customers who enquire through our ads, website, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Understand their interests, preferred dates, destination, budget, and group size.
• Explain our skydiving packages, courses, prices, inclusions, and booking process clearly.
• Help customers choose the right package and answer questions using approved information.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp to close bookings.
• Collect and verify customer details, package selections, dates, and pickup requirements.
• Coordinate payment confirmation and send accurate booking details to customers.
• Keep our CRM updated with call notes, customer preferences, booking status, and next follow-up dates.
• Coordinate with the operations team to check availability and manage booking changes.
• Share recurring customer questions and feedback to help improve our sales process.
• Who we’re looking forClear, confident communication in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone and handling questions or objections.
• Good listening skills and a helpful, patient approach.
• Organised and consistent with follow-ups and record keeping.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
• Able to take ownership of enquiries from the first conversation to booking confirmation.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, travel, or experience bookings is preferred.
• An interest in adventure sports is a bonus.

What success looks likeYou respond promptly, build customer confidence, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Customers understand exactly what they’re booking, and the operations team receives complete, accurate details.
