Job Responsibilities:

  • Customers ko phone par professionally handle karna.
  • Existing aur new customers ko product/service ki information dena.
  • Customer enquiries aur follow-ups karna.
  • Customers ke questions ka polite aur professional manner mein jawab dena.
  • Interested customers/leads ka regular follow-up maintain karna.
  • Customer requirements ko properly understand karke concerned team ko update karna.
  • Daily calling records aur follow-up details maintain karna.
  • WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets aur basic computer applications ka use karna.
  • Customer complaints ya queries ko properly handle karke senior/team ko escalate karna.
  • Company ke calling targets aur daily follow-up activities ko complete karna.
