Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their requirements, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and other channels.

Meet potential customers and understand their solar energy requirements.

Explain solar products, systems, benefits, pricing, and ROI to customers.

Prepare and share quotations and proposals.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.

Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar/renewable energy industry.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field visits.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of solar products and systems will be an advantage.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
