We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in field sales and end-to-end sales management. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and closing sales deals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales follow-up.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present company products and solutions to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with clients to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain sales records, update CRM systems, and submit regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration or Sales is preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in field sales and end-to-end sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and close sales.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• A personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler would be an added advantage.
