Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with strong hands on knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO and Local SEO. The candidate should be skilled in keyword research, website optimization, SEO audits, Google Search Console, GA4 and Google Business Profile with a focus on improving search rankings, organic traffic and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Plan and execute effective SEO strategies.
  • Handle On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO activities.
  • Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and identify technical issues.
  • Monitor website crawling, indexing and search performance.
  • Plan and execute quality backlink and link-building activities.
  • Handle Local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization.
  • Improve local rankings and visibility on Google Search and Maps.
  • Monitor performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and leads.
  • Prepare monthly SEO reports and performance updates.
  • Implement schema markup and structured data.
  • Work on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI search visibility.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and latest SEO practices.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical and Local SEO.
  • Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and Google Business Profile.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest or similar.
  • Good understanding of WordPress and website structure.
  • Knowledge of schema markup and technical SEO concepts.
  • Ability to analyze SEO data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
  • Agency experience will be an advantage.
