Designation: Shift Incharge
Job Location: Tatibandh - Raipur, Chattisgarh.
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 1–3 Years in Warehouse, Q-Commerce, E-Commerce, Retail or Logistics
Age Limit: 18 – 40 Years
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily warehouse/store operations during the assigned shift.
• Supervise and coordinate Picker & Packer team members.
• Allocate work and ensure proper manpower utilization.
• Monitor picking, packing, scanning and order dispatch activities.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the required TAT.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and performance of team members.
• Handle operational issues, delays and employee-related concerns during the shift.
• Ensure proper inventory handling and stock movement.
• Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth and timely order dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline and safety standards at the store.
• Prepare and maintain daily shift reports and operational records.
• Ensure company SOPs and operational guidelines are followed.
• Support the Store/Hub Manager in achieving daily operational targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: 1–3 Years preferred
• Experience in warehouse, Q-commerce, e-commerce, retail or logistics preferred.
• Good team handling and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and warehouse applications.
