- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer databases and call records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Required Skills:Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
