Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team in Vadodara. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads, follow up with them, and invite them to visit our showroom.

This is a customer engagement role focused on communication and follow-up. There are no sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall leads generated from Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Make approximately 100–120 calls per day.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Explain basic information about our products/services.
• Invite customers to visit our showroom.
• Handle leads from Vadodara and Rajkot locations.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer status in the CRM or lead management system.
• Coordinate with the showroom team regarding customer visits.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to update lead records.
• Positive attitude, patience, and good follow-up skills.
• Previous telecalling or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
