Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing official calls and coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Handle day-to-day back-office and project-related activities.
- Maintain project records, data, and reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Manage emails, data entry, documentation, and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support for smooth project operations.
