Job Description

  • Search and identify relevant tenders from portals (GeM, eProcurement, etc.)
  • Handle and manage the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal activities
  • Analyze tender requirements and eligibility criteria
  • Prepare and compile tender documents (technical & financial)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for required information and documents
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders
  • Maintain records of all tender submissions and updates
  • Follow up on tender status and results
  • Handle correspondence related to tenders
