ob DescriptionMagsons is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our stores across Goa. The role involves assisting customers, supporting sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and understanding their requirements.
• Maintain proper product display, shelf arrangement, and merchandising.
• Ensure products are properly stocked and replenished.
• Check product availability, pricing, labels, and expiry dates.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Support billing/POS operations when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the assigned store/section.
• Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Eligibility12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, grocery, counter sales, or customer service will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a retail store environment and rotational shifts.
