Job Description
- Job Description Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil.
- Explain loan/financial products and services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate leads and conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Assist customers with basic queries and guide them through the next steps.
- Maintain accurate customer and call details in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily and monthly call, lead, and login targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and build a positive relationship.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Backend team for further processing.
- Follow company communication standards, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree.
- Experience: 0–3 Years in Telecalling / Voice Process / Customer Support / Sales preferred.
- Freshers: Can apply.
- Language: Fluent Tamil speaking is mandatory.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/mobile applications.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.
