Job Description

DEMETOS is a premium healthy snacking brand offering millet & lentil-based, baked and protein-rich snacks.


We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business across D2C, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.


  • Manage DEMETOS website and online sales.
  • Explore and manage Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and similar platforms.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, offers and inventory.
  • Plan and execute online sales campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Track sales, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate and profitability.
  • Improve website conversion, average order value and repeat purchases.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth order fulfilment.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly e-commerce performance reports.
  • Requirements2–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
  • Experience with Shopify and marketplaces preferred.
  • FMCG/D2C/food brand experience will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and online sales.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
  • Result-oriented and comfortable working in a startup environment.

Salary: ₹20,000/- onwards (Based on the experiance)
