Senior HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Senior HR Executive to independently manage end-to-end HR generalist activities, ensuring smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Employee induction, documentation, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Attendance, leave management, HRMS administration, and employee database maintenance.
• Payroll processing coordination, salary revisions, payslips, and full-and-final settlements.
• Statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity, bonus, and applicable labour laws.
• Performance management, appraisals, employee engagement, and training and development.
• Employee relations, grievance handling, counselling, disciplinary procedures, and exit interviews.
• HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, HR audits, ISO documentation, and compliance records.
• HR MIS reports, manpower planning, employee retention, and coordination with management and department heads.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and Indian labour laws.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, HRMS, and payroll coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently and maintain confidentiality.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field or any Graduate.
