Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
  • Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
  • Coordinate payroll and attendance-related activities with the relevant teams.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure effective delivery of HR services.
