Job Description
- Make outbound calls to new leads or existing clients using company scripts.
- Answer inbound calls and resolve basic customer questions or complaints.
- Update records by logging call details and customer data into a CRM tool.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales.
- Follow up with prospective clients to move them through the sales pipeline
