Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
  • Counsel students/parents regarding courses, admissions, and eligibility.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
  • Maintain lead and admission records in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
  • Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets.
