Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily reports, records, and operational data in Excel.
• Prepare, manage, and analyze Excel sheets for business operations.
• Handle data entry, data verification, and documentation with accuracy.
• Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and other relevant functions.
• Create Pivot Tables, apply filters, sort data, and prepare reports.
• Maintain order details, inventory records, and other operational information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update required data.
• Identify discrepancies in records and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
• Handle other back-office administrative and operational tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Practical experience with Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, lookup functions, data filtering, and report preparation.
• Good typing speed and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in a back-office, MIS, operations, or data management role will be preferred.
