Job Description
1. Target Driven: Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
2. Revenue Generation: Identify and convert opportunities that directly contribute to company revenue.
3. Client Acquisition: Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
4. Outdoor Client Meetings: Regular meetings with brands, corporates, franchise investors, landlords and property owners.
5. Franchise Development: Identify potential franchise partners and drive the franchise acquisition process.
6. Corporate Leasing: Connect with brands and corporates for their expansion and leasing requirements.
7. Brand Connect: Build and maintain relationships with national, regional and emerging brands.
8. Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads, follow up consistently and convert prospects into business.
9. Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients, brands and business partners.
10. Market Development: Identify new markets, locations and business opportunities for expansion.
