Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain solar products, services, benefits, and available solutions to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Update lead status regularly in CRM/Excel or the company's designated system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate responses.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams regarding customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Prepare regular reports regarding calls, leads, appointments, and conversions.
