Job Description
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Handle new employee joining documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain and update employee master data and personnel records.
- Process PF, ESIC, and other statutory employee registrations.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and other employee documents.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
